The Personal Stuff

I've lived and worked overseas for many years, living in the USA for about 10 years and recently just moved to Sweden.

I'm married to the lovely Elisabeth and have 2 wonderful son's, Pacey and Max. The boys are well travelled, having visited China and have even managed to make it to the top of the Great Wall (at least, they were carried to the top).

Aside from working, you'll find me playing cricket, watching sport and enjoying life!

How Smooth China Travel Came About

Smooth China Travel came about after my first trip to China.

You see, I couldn't help thinking "This could be done a little better" as we travelled for the 5th time on an overnight train.

Sure, it gets you where you want to be, but you're so exhausted that you can't really enjoy your tour and take in the amazing country that is China.

An Itinerary In Comfort

So, along with Dragon (one of the best Tour Leaders you'll find anywhere in the world), we devised a new itinerary that shows you the real China in style. We've worked hard to keep costs down, whilst still ensuring you travel quickly and in comfort.
